Seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful temp to perm Procurement Analyst to support daily procurement operations, vendor management,
and spend analysis for a PACE program and Managed Services Organization (MSO)
operations. Under the guidance of Procurement and Accounts Payable leadership,
this role ensures timely delivery of products and services and maintains
purchasing compliance, vendor accuracy, and budget alignment.
Previous experience in a healthcare setting strongly preferred
Compensation: $28.50 -
$33.50 Per Hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:30 pm / Hybrid-2 days in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to internal customer requests with a
strong focus on customer service
- Process, review, and edit requisitions,
ensuring accurate GL codes, product specifications, pricing, and delivery
timelines
- Enter and process purchase orders via ERP
systems (e.g., Workday)
- Facilitate onboarding of new vendors and
maintain up-to-date vendor profiles
- Expedite and resolve vendor issues to ensure
uninterrupted delivery of goods and services
- Assist with special procurement projects,
including renovations, grants, and capital bids
- Maintain thorough purchasing documentation
for audit and survey readiness
- Coordinate with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice discrepancies and assist in reconciliation
- Perform vendor-level administrative spend
analysis, including actual vs. budget variance
- Track and report procurement metrics using
tools like Microsoft Excel
- Support continuous improvement and
efficiency initiatives across procurement workflows
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years in procurement, purchasing, or general office operations
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting strongly preferred
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Workday or Oracle Financials
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple deadlines
- Working knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Proven ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
