We are seeking an experienced Temporary Field
Nurse Educator to support the training, development, and
ongoing competency of nursing staff in Bronx, New York. This hands-on
role combines clinical education, field nursing, staff coaching, and competency
evaluation to promote safe, high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical
and regulatory standards.
Compensation: $65-$80+

Responsibilities
- Develop
and deliver orientation, training, in-services, and competency programs
for nursing and clinical staff.
- Conduct
field visits, ride-alongs, and competency evaluations while providing
real-time coaching and feedback.
- Evaluate
staff performance and readiness for independent practice, including
remediation and additional training as needed.
- Perform
patient home visits and provide clinical support to maintain hands-on
nursing proficiency.
- Serve as
a clinical resource for documentation, EMR workflows, regulatory
requirements, infection control, and evidence-based practice.
- Create
training materials and identify educational or performance gaps to support
quality improvement.
- Collaborate
with clinical and operational leadership to address staff development
needs and improve patient care.
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
· Master’s
degree preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical education, staff training, or as an
Education Coordinator in a healthcare setting
· Experience
designing and facilitating training programs based on adult learning principles
required
· Minimum
of 2 years of experience independently conducting patient home
visits
· Active,
unrestricted New York State Registered Nurse license
required
· Excellent
written, verbal, and presentation skills
